WORLD CLOCK & MEETING PLANNER

Add the cities you care about, drag the time, and read across. The grid underneath shows the hours where everybody is awake — which is usually fewer than you hoped.

working hours awake, but out of hours asleep the hour you picked

Offsets come from the browser's own copy of the IANA time zone database, asked afresh for every instant — so daylight saving is right by construction, including the places that shift by thirty minutes rather than an hour, and the southern hemisphere, which moves the other way. Each row says when that city next changes its clocks. That copy has a version, though: when a government changes the rules, your browser learns about it in its next update, and until then a future date may be off by an hour. Two browsers can honestly disagree about 2027.

Two hours of the year do not behave. When clocks spring forward, a wall-clock time is skipped entirely — ask for it and this page tells you so, and shows the instant the clock jumps to. When they fall back, an hour happens twice; the earlier of the two is used, and the row says so. Most tools quietly pick one and say nothing.
